Sugar, can it ruin your health?

Many times we may read an article and wonder are these statements really true or is this another article that someone wrote to just fill up a blank sheet of paper. For the past year I have researched many different food groups trying to find out how the foods we eat can help to heal or mend our bodies in one way or another. The one subject which seemed to play a big part on everything we eat or consume was sugar, and what it can do to our health. Listed below are just some of the things sugar can do to your body. If you get the chance read the book called, LICK THE SUGAR HABIT written by Nancy Appleton PH.D.  I think you too will see how sugar could ruin your health. I hope you will find this article interesting, but most of all I hope it makes you want to read and research the subject of sugar yourself and then draw your own conclusions on whether sugar is really bad for you. This list is just a few things I found in my research. The information I am sharing is not intended to replace a one on one relationship with a qualified health care professional and is not intended as medical advice. It is being used as a sharing of my knowledge and information from research. I encourage you to make your own health care decisions based upon your research and with a qualified health care professional.
